Please note that personalized engravings or custom-resized bands are final sale and cannot be returned.

Secure Packaging
Place the ring in its original velvet presentation box and ensure all certificates of authenticity and appraisal documents are included in the parcel.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all return shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.
Inspection and Refund
